Shipping costs & delivery areas

Delivery times

Once your order is received, it will be processed within 1-2 working days.
The regular delivery time is then 2–5 working days, depending on the destination and the workload of our shipping partners.

Please note that slight delays may occur during periods of high order volume (e.g. holidays or promotions).

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including a tracking number. This allows you to track your delivery online at any time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Free returns

Both shipping and return shipping are completely free with us.
We want to offer you a pleasant and risk-free shopping experience.

Return period

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect, unworn condition.

This is how the return process works

  1. Contact us via info@auren-sports.com and let us know your order number.

  2. You will receive a free return label as well as brief instructions for the return.

  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping point.

  4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and either refund the amount or send you a replacement.

We deliberately keep the process simple and transparent.

🌱 Sustainability in returns

Even though returns are free for you, we want to encourage responsible use of resources.

  • We avoid unnecessary transport and therefore recommend ordering consciously and carefully.

  • Returned products are – where possible – refurbished and resold to reduce waste.

  • We recycle or reuse packaging materials whenever possible.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed within 3-7 working days via the originally chosen payment method.

Exceptions

The following items may be excluded from exchange or return:

  • heavily used or damaged goods

  • opened hygiene products
